Archery is not a sport that is easy to learn in a short time. But it takes time to get the hang of it properly. Mastery of the correct technique is one of the keys to support the achievement of maximum performance. And achieving a maximum result requires patience, expertise and tenacity. Therefore someone who wants to learn archery must first learn about archery attitudes (shooting form). The correct archery attitude is to apply the methods of biomechanics. This means that every movement made by an archer must not violate the applicable rules or laws of motion mechanics.
Basic Archery Techniques: Drawing

When drawing, the sight must be directly above the center of the horizontal line. This aims to raise the bow’s archery arm as a sign of aiming.
When performing a bow draw, the shoulders remain in position. In a sense not too low and also prominent.
When the archery arm is straightened it will appear to be in the shape of a “V” at the end of the shoulder. This can be formed if the tricep muscle in the bow archery arm must be strong to help the bow shoulder not protrude.
Use your shoulder muscles as you draw the bow. These are the posterior deltoid, tere major, rhomboideus and travezius muscles.
